Bro. Rob Lambert and his wife Lydia joined our fellowship in November 2008.  He is originally from Harlem, Georgia and was called to the ministry on May 3, 1993.  He served as student minister for ten years and as senior pastor for six years.  Bro. Rob has a degree in Religious studies from Wallace State and is also employeed with the North American Mission Board on behalf of World Changers.  He is president of "IIMPACT Ministries". IMPACT is a  missions organization that hosts foreign mission trips, children, youth and men's retreats.  Bro. Rob is about nothing more than winning souls for Jesus.  Indian Lake is blessed to have him serve as our senior pastor.

Bro. Rusty Pate grew up in Tuscumbia, AL.  He became Minister to Students here at Indian Lake in June of 2009.  Bro. Rusty is married to Christi and they have two children; Jaden and Haven.  Bro. Rusty's interest  and hobbies are movies, Alabama football and wrestling.  His life verse is I Corinthians 9:22.  He enjoys music, tv, movies and books.  A few of his favorites are Atlantic, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, Jesus Freaks, Vision Moments, To Save a Life, Letters to God, Footloose and Smallville.  The ILBC family is so thankful to have Bro. Rusty serving as Student Minister.
